We do not promote investing and automated trading as “easy money” or “money for nothing”. If this is what you’re after, please reconsider becoming a member. Following an ArtiTrader (AI trading system), even ours, will not ensure your success.

FAIR EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to satisfy our customers and TRY to have them making money we keep our prices reasonable.

REFUND POLICY

We provide the opportunity to get a full refund for any reason within 7 days from purchase. Note that the full refund is a refund of the payment you made for one of our packages (Gold or Unlimited). It is not a refund for any loss you have made with trading or whatsoever. 

If you find an issue with our product being vastly different than what we advertised, we will certainly work with you to find a resolution that is fair for both parties. Given the nature of our packages, we do not accept refunds for change of heart or mind. 

By purchasing a Gold or Unlimited package, you are confirming that:

  1. You can clearly understand our explanations, terms & conditions without language or literacy problems.
  2. You truthfully intend on completing the payment.
  3. You have read and agreed to the inclusions of the package tier you are purchasing.

FRIEND REFERRAL PROGRAM (€25 FOR MEMBER DEAL)

With the Gold and Unlimited Package you can make use of the Friend Referral Program (€25 for Member Deal). After you paid for one of the packages (Gold or Unlimited) you will receive a personal referral code. With this code you are able to receive €25 euros per person you invite to buy one of the paid packages (Gold or Unlimited).

As soon as your invite (friend / person) will subscribe for a paid package (Gold or Unlimited) and uses your personal referral code in the form while registrating for one of our paid packages he or she will receive €25 discount and you will receive €25 euro.

FINANCIAL AUTHORITIES & SUPERVISION

Trading Engineered does not fall under supervision of any financial authorities such as the AFM or FCA. This is due to the fact that Trading Engineered is a signal provider and therefore does not need a permit. We do not do account management or give financial advice. Technically, we send trading signals to our customers through a third-party named FXBlue. These signals can then be (by customers’ choice, using software of FXBlue) automatically generated into trading positions on their trading accounts. This last action is out of our control and emphasizes that we do not do account management. By agreeing with our Terms & Conditions you agree that we only send trading signals, that it is your choice to automatically generate the trading signals into trading positions and that we do not control your trading account or whatsoever.

BROKERAGE REFERRAL FEE

Trading Engineered is not remunerated for the trading and investment activity of our clients, which allows us to bypass the conflict of interest inherent in many broker/educator platforms.

LIFETIME ACCESS

Lifetime access where it is stated as a feature / inclusion is applicable while Trading Engineered is in operation. By becoming a Trading Engineered member or purchasing any of the company’s packages, you acknowledge that lifetime access is only valid while the company is in operation.

COOKIES

A cookie is a small data file placed on your computer by the Trading Engineered server. A cookie contains information about your visit to this site. When you visit this site again, our server will look for the cookie and structure itself based on the information provided. A cookie identifies your computer to our web server when you visit our site. We do not use the cookie to store personal information about you.
